The restaurant is the social heart of the resort. Guests gather around a shared table each evening to swap dive stories over hearty, home-cooked meals — fresh local fish, Indonesian favourites, and international comfort food, all made with ingredients sourced from Alor.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included with every package, served family-style and freshly prepared. The kitchen showcases Alornese cuisine — grilled fish, sambal, local vegetables, and tropical fruit — alongside Western comfort food. Cold beers, fresh juices, and soft drinks are on hand through the day, and every afternoon ends watching the sun go down from the restaurant deck.
